We all cherish and love our time serving and working at camp! We also recognize the absolute necessity it is to establish that love as early as possible. That is why the Blue Ridge Scout Reservation Alumni Association has taken on the responsibility of planning and executing the best possible Staff Training Program (STP) the Reservation has ever seen! We are actively promoting this two-week program that will be taking place July 9 - July 21rd, 2023. STP attendees will not only develop critical and valuable skills in leadership, public speaking, and group dynamics, but also upon completion of the program, will have earned several merit badges (both required and non required for Eagle).
